Loving Service to Humankind

"We render loving service to humankind. We strive for righteousness, justice, and peace."

At Zion United Church, Cedar Hill, we believe that faith without action is incomplete. Our mission calls us beyond the walls of our church to serve our community, support those in need, and work for a more just and peaceful world.

Through various outreach initiatives, we extend God's love to our neighbors in Kinburn and the surrounding areas. Whether it's providing support to families, participating in community events, or partnering with local organizations, we are committed to making a positive difference in people's lives.

Community Connection

Serving Kinburn & Beyond

Zion United Church, Cedar Hill is deeply rooted in the Kinburn community. Located along Panmure Road, we have been a part of this rural Ontario community for generations, building relationships and serving our neighbors.

Our geographic focus includes Kinburn and the surrounding areas of West Carleton and the Ottawa Valley. We know our neighbors, we share in their joys and sorrows, and we are committed to being a positive presence in the community.

Whether you're a longtime resident or new to the area, you'll find a warm welcome at Zion United Church. We're not just a church—we're your neighbors, and we're here to serve.

Righteousness, Justice & Peace

Our mission calls us to strive for righteousness, justice, and peace in all we do.

Righteousness

We seek to live according to God's Word, practicing integrity, honesty, and moral uprightness in all our dealings. We encourage each member to grow in holiness and reflect Christ's character in their daily lives.

Justice

We stand against injustice and work toward a world where all people are treated with dignity and fairness. We advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves and support causes that promote equality and human rights.

Peace

We work toward peace in our relationships, our community, and our world. We believe in reconciliation, forgiveness, and the healing power of God's love. We are peacemakers who seek harmony wherever we go.
